Project Sales Senior Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Projects Sales Engineer to expand our market share in the KSA market. The position is based at our Riyadh office, reporting to the Senior Sales Manager for the residential segment and Projects Development Home & Distribution Business Unit. This unit promotes Schneider's scope in the Distribution and Residential segments, focusing on Final Distribution Panels, Wiring Devices, Isolators, Home Automation, Emergency Lighting, and E-mobility Solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive scanning of current projects, especially residential ones in the central area.
2. Promote and sell Schneider products within these projects, focusing on the Home & Distribution scope.
3. Collaborate with sales teams across segments to prescribe and sell Home & Distribution solutions in all projects.
4. Maintain strong relationships with distribution networks and partners to facilitate sales and project engagement.
5. Provide technical and commercial support to customers according to project specifications and our portfolio.
6. Prepare technical offers and submittals in coordination with Presales teams and partners.
7. Leverage your network to reach contractors and end-users, increasing market share.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience in key account management and strategic planning.
• Ability to interpret technical descriptions and tender requests.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar sales or technical role, or 5 years in a front-office role requiring sales and technical skills.
