About the job: Project/Product Manager

The position is remote.

Project Manager is a client-facing role with three main responsibilities:

1. Coordination. Running large A/B tests involves managing teams of 5-10 people (researchers, strategists, designers, copywriters, developers, QA, analysts, clients, etc.). You coordinate these teams and ensure the project progresses smoothly.
2. Strategy & Planning. You develop the roadmap for 10-20 upcoming tests, present the vision to clients, and communicate progress during weekly meetings.
3. Energy. As the main contact for clients and internal teams, you motivate everyone involved and maintain high energy levels to keep testing enthusiasm alive.

We do not require prior A/B testing experience; training will be provided. We are looking for candidates who:

• Are extremely diligent and organized, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
• Have experience in project management, preferably within a software or agency environment.
• Possess excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to reaching out to clients and team members.
• Are curious about technology and understanding how things work.
• Can work full-time Monday through Friday, overlapping with our core hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (New York).
