As a Project Procurement Manager you will drive continuous improvement in functional capability – People, Systems, Process. Working closely with the procurement leaders and their teams to identify and deliver specific short, medium, and long-term projects to drive improved efficiency and effectiveness in the global function and external supply chain.

As Project Procurement Manager you will be responsible for:


  • Defining supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels. Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement.
  • Managing claims, Including commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc. This may also include purchasing activities.
  • Managing the PO placement and following up on PO fulfillment.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers.
  • Managing problems and scheduling changes along with updating ERP.
  • Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.
  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
  • Managing purchase order execution and product delivery, mitigation of billing adjustments / terminations and execution of cost reduction goals.
  • Managing the full procurement process from B2P.
  • Working closely with SFM to expedite the filling of orders by suppliers to meet delivery time with no impact.
  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
  • Developing new local suppliers to support the business and meet customer local content requirements

  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Have minimum of 3 years of experience in Sourcing or Procurement
  • Have Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have experience using Oracle system is preferred.
  • Have ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact is preferred.
  • Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
  • Have a problem-solving mindset.
  • Be able to interface with internal departments to communicate and understand their needs.
  • Be able to read and comprehend machining drawings and reading technical documents.
  • Be able to understand supplier processes.
  • Have good representation skills to be the face of the company.
  • Ability to travel
  • Be Legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia without company sponsorship or time restriction.
