Role Overview:

• Proven experience as a Program / Project Manager.
• Managing large-scale and complex SAP Projects in the Middle East from inception to completion.
• Leading teams of 20+ members for over 6 months in at least 3 engagements.
• Managing project budgets of $2 million USD or more in at least 3 engagements.
• Conducting QA Gate Reviews per implementation methodologies.
• Leading project management processes: planning, resource allocation, risk and quality management, scheduling, financial oversight, HR, monitoring, and reporting.
• Leading project governance processes and advising steering committees.
• Overseeing partner-led implementations as a Trusted Advisor.
• Developing and implementing risk/issues management strategies.
• Ensuring projects meet customer requirements and align with product roadmaps.
• Managing reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Certifications required: SAP Project Management Framework/Methodologies (SAP Activate), SAP Modules, PMP or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud solutions like SuccessFactors, Ariba, Cx, etc.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with large-scale lift-and-shift projects and cloud migrations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies for SAP.
• Specializations in SAP solutions and work with global SAP partners.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional communication and team management skills.
• Ability to liaise with C-Level executives.
• Innovative thinking and outstanding presentation skills.
• Proficiency with enterprise project management tools.
• Understanding of project contracts and documentation.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Khobar-based candidates preferred.
