The role requires the candidate to have proven experience as a Program / Project Manager.

1. Managing large-scale and complex SAP Projects in the Middle East (in the last 3 years) from inception to timely completion:

• Leading large team structures – 20+ members for over 6 months in at least 3 engagements.
• Financial management of projects worth 2 million USD or more in at least 3 engagements.
• Conducting QA Gate Reviews as per implementation methodologies.
• Leading project management processes including planning, resource allocation, risk management, time management, financial management, HR management, quality management, monitoring, reporting, documentation, and record keeping.
• Leading project governance processes, including steering committees and advising on key actions for smooth project execution.

2. Capability to oversee partner-led implementations as a Trusted Advisor to the partner, client project management team, and project sponsor.

3. Proficiency in developing and implementing effective risk and issue management methods across all projects.

4. Ensuring projects meet internal and external customer requirements.

5. Frequent alignment with product management on roadmap items.

6. Management reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

7. SAP Certification in Project Management Framework/Methodologies like SAP Activate.

8. SAP Certification in at least one major module.

9. PMP certification or equivalent.

The following are good to have skills:

• Knowledge of large-scale lift and shift projects (Rise migrations, etc.).
• Knowledge of managing cloud implementations (SuccessFactors, Ariba, CX, FieldGlass, Concur) is preferred.
• Experience with migration of solutions from on-premise to cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies related to SAP implementations.
• Certifications or specialization in niche areas of SAP implementation.
• Extensive knowledge of various SAP solutions.
• Experience working with global SAP partners.

• Ability to liaise with C-Level executives.
• Innovative thinking.
• Outstanding presentation and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with enterprise project management tools.
