Project Manager VACP - (RC)

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager VACP - (RC) to join our dynamic team. As a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional programs aligned with Vision 2030. The Project Manager VACP - (RC) will oversee and manage VACP (Value-Added Construction Process) projects, ensuring effective execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

In this role, you will manage all phases of project planning and implementation, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute projects according to client specifications and requirements.
2. Lead project teams and manage resources to meet project objectives.
3. Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
4. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.
5. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
7. Oversee project documentation and reporting processes.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, especially in construction projects.
3. Strong understanding of VACP methodologies and principles.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
8. Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.
