Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee consultancy, OE, or PMC projects in the energy and water sectors. You will collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes while leading a team of local and international engineers.

1. Manage and oversee energy and water projects, ensuring high-quality execution.
2. Develop power plant concepts and lead the tendering process for industrial and utility projects.
3. Coordinate and lead a diverse team of engineers.
4. Monitor project progress using advanced management tools and ensure compliance with regulations.
5. Optimize budgets and resources while maintaining quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities, with a solid technical background in gas turbine, steam, or engine power plants.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in thermal power plant projects, working with planners, developers, or owners.
3. Experience in project management or engineering management within the energy sector.
4. Expertise in power plant concept development, tender preparation, and procurement processes.
5. MSc in Mechanical or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
6. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
