Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience on large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with construction design coordination practices in the Middle East.
• Understanding of digital delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical design delivery across all project parties.
• Manage and monitor flow of design documentation.
• Liaise with the Lead Design Consultant to track IFC documentation.
• Collaborate with Management Contractor on design deliverables.
• Review and reconcile shop drawings with design intent.
• Maintain document control and alignment with project planning.
• Facilitate coordination meetings between stakeholders.
• Track design changes and maintain approved deliverables.
• Understand RIBA Stage 4 technical design processes.
