Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a leading consultancy in Dammam to support senior leadership in the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects across the region.

This role involves managing project delivery from inception through completion, overseeing consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of major projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual obligations, and financial targets.
  • Develop project execution plans, quality plans, and delivery schedules, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of progress.
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, subconsultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with authority requirements.
  • Support procurement activities including subconsultant appointments and contract management.
  • Manage project risk registers and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee design coordination, change management processes, and approvals.
  • Attend and contribute to client, technical, and coordination meetings.
  • Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across all stages of the project.
Requirements
  • 15 years of experience delivering large-scale, multidisciplinary design and construction projects,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management
  • Previous experience with reputable consultancies or contractors
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Must have worked on large scale Hotels and Resort Projects
