Job Description

We're looking for a highly driven Project Manager to lead Design Unit projects from concept to completion, delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Role Purpose

As Project Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of engineering project delivery—including scope, cost, schedule, and quality—ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and technical quality.
  2. Deliver projects per approved scope, schedule, and cost baseline.
  3. Drive timely invoicing and cash collection.
  4. Manage contract and change processes.
  5. Maintain client satisfaction and resolve non-conformities swiftly.
  6. Provide clear, factual project reporting (progress, costs, risks).
  7. Identify resource needs and support planning activities.
  8. Prepare monthly reviews and maintain risk registers.
Key Success Metrics
  1. Projects delivered on time, on budget, with high client satisfaction.
  2. No safety incidents; NCRs resolved promptly.
  3. DSO < 90 days, Unbilled < 60 days.
  4. MBA meets or exceeds target.
What You Bring
  1. Solid engineering background with experience in large-scale civil/industrial developments.
  2. Strong leadership and project management skills across multi-discipline teams.
  3. Deep knowledge of cost control, scheduling (P6), earned value management.
  4. Licensed engineer with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Cultural awareness and Middle East experience are a plus.
