Job Description

We're looking for a highly driven Project Manager to lead Design Unit projects from concept to completion-delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Role Purpose
As Project Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of engineering project delivery-including scope, cost, schedule, and quality-ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and technical quality
• Deliver projects per approved scope, schedule, and cost baseline
• Drive timely invoicing and cash collection
• Manage contract and change processes
• Maintain client satisfaction and resolve non-conformities swiftly
• Provide clear, factual project reporting (progress, costs, risks)
• Identify resource needs and support planning activities
• Prepare monthly reviews and maintain risk registers

Key Success Metrics
• Projects delivered on time, on budget, with high client satisfaction
• No safety incidents; NCRs resolved promptly
• DSO < 90 days, Unbilled < 60 days
• MBA meets or exceeds target

What You Bring
• Solid engineering background with experience in large-scale civil/industrial developments
• Strong leadership and project management skills across multi-discipline teams
• Deep knowledge of cost control, scheduling (P6), earned value management
• Licensed engineer with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Cultural awareness and Middle East experience are a plus
