We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our client in Saudi Arabia to support heir senior leadership in the successful delivery of high-profile projects within a remote part of KSA. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project briefs, work breakdown structures, and delivery timelines.
- Assist in procurement processes, including RFP preparation, tender evaluation, and contract management.
- Monitor financial performance, project progress, and risk mitigation.
- Lead the preparation of project management, design, and quality plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Support design reviews, feasibility studies, and contractor/consultant management.
- Conduct site visits and manage progress reporting and approvals.
- Drive innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.
Requirements- 15+ years of experience in large-scale, multidisciplinary design and construction projects, including 5 years in a project management role.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (Master's preferred); professional accreditation (e.g. RIBA, PMP, PE) required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and design coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project).
Desirable Experience- Experience in KSA and/or GCC.
- Knowledge of international codes and sustainable design practices.
- Familiarity with real estate, infrastructure, or urban development programs.
