The Project Manager will develop project plans and budgets, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures to minimize risks and maximize opportunities. They will manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, lead, develop, and motivate the project team, and conduct post-project reviews to share lessons learned.
They will also ensure compliance with BAE Systems Saudi Arabia's governance and operational frameworks, including planning, risk management, performance monitoring, and contract reviews.
