Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our qualified Project Management team for a new project in KSA. Join our global journey!

Role Summary

Reporting to the Marine & Infrastructure Division’s Operations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering international marine projects. You will be responsible for budget, people management, maintaining an agile work environment, and ensuring project success in terms of cost, time, and performance. As a leader, you will foster high team performance and ensure smooth, efficient project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Apply modern project management practices from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Ensure adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment policies and local laws.
  • Manage contracts, finances, risks, and forecasting to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement risk management plans.
  • Maintain effective client relationships to meet expectations.
  • Address project issues; escalate critical issues to the Operations Manager.
  • Develop project plans, resource allocation, and procurement strategies.
  • Authorize construction planning, scheduling, subcontractor engagement, and variations.
  • Lead procurement and construction teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Experience with diaphragm/slurry wall construction using slurry-supported trench excavation.
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience on large-scale marine and infrastructure projects with a Tier 1 contractor.
  • Proven track record of delivering EPC marine/infrastructure projects valued over 150 million USD.
  • Financial literacy in contract management and budgeting.
  • Ability to develop detailed project execution and construction plans.
  • Strong commitment to QHSE and marine construction standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Willingness to relocate and travel as needed.
