Role

The purpose of the role is to manage delivery of a project driving operations and delivery governance, ensuring right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and cost of delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivery Management: ensuring seamless project delivery, creating project charters, monitoring compliance to SLAs, managing audits, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Client Relationship Management: engaging with clients, conducting reviews, and driving project performance improvements.
  • Delivery Governance: creating reports, managing risks, and ensuring revenue realization.
  • Operational Excellence: focusing on automation, innovation, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.
  • Capability Development and Talent Pipeline: forecasting demand, managing talent acquisition and training, and ensuring team development.
  • Team Management: resourcing, performance management, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives.
