Job description

A Leading Company in the field of concrete Repair and Waterproofing Development in KSA is seeking to hire a Project Manager immediately.

Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver the design and construction outcomes for assigned contract packages as determined with the related stakeholders during the planning approval, design construction, and commissioning phases.
2. Monitor the procurement processes including securing internal authority for expenditure for purchases relating to the assigned project.
3. Manage the preparation of project Risk plan and Schedules for the assigned project to ensure the identification of risks, mitigation actions, and implementation of mitigation actions accepted by stakeholders (including design, consultants, and contractor relevant).
4. Collaborate with the QA/QC and safety personnel in monitoring and compliance management of contractors to safety requirements appropriate to each project.

Job Requirements

1. B.Sc in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction field.
3. Experience in concrete Repair and Waterproofing will be a plus.
