PipeCare Group

is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee in-line inspection projects. By providing technology and service-focused solutions to the international oil and gas industry, the PipeCare Group has been helping customers ensure the integrity of their pipeline and facility assets for over 20 years.

The general role of the Project Manager includes managing PipeCare operational projects in Europe. These involve mobilization of resources to Oil & Gas fields, servicing pipelines, arranging field surveys and verifications, demobilization of equipment, and reporting. The candidate will lead a project team, manage the project budget, and ensure delivery in accordance with the contractual Scope of Work, on time, within budget, and with customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Authorities

1. Contract review;
2. Planning and coordination of activities;
3. Ensuring all project info is entered in ERP;
4. Planning internal and external KOM;
5. Resource requests and coordination with RM;
6. Reviewing the assigned budget from sales;
7. Requesting site assessments;
8. Coordinating with RM, TM, Log, and DA for services and dates;
9. Creating purchase requisitions when required;
10. Job Safety Analysis;
11. Conducting briefing meetings internally;
12. Obtaining customer approvals prior to mobilization;
13. Regular communication with field teams;
14. Realization and demobilization of field activities;
15. Managing payment milestones and invoicing;
16. Follow-up on invoice approvals;
17. Upselling and cross-selling;
18. Ensuring timely payment for tools/MP rent;
19. Participating in commercial project review meetings.

Requirements

Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant).
• Valid PMP certification.
• Minimum 5 years of operation planning experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in Oil and Gas sector or EPC contracting.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of the main country language is an advantage.
• Ability to travel extensively.
