Project Manager I Patient Support Program

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Major Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)

• Lead team to understand and determine the current gaps and bottlenecks in the brands patient journey.
• Manage teams onboarding, deployment, readiness, development, performance, and evaluation.
• Achieve the agreed KPIs, objectives & deliverables for the assigned projects.
• Execute, Monitor, and review PSP activities and ensure their completion within a scheduled period and budget.
• PoC with all external clients (Governmental/ Private), building effective relationship with the clients to sustain business.
• Be a single point of contact for the program with client, receive and resolve any request or complaint.
• Cross-divisional alignment internally and external alignment with the relevant stakeholders for the provided service.
• Integrate policies and procedures of the company in program operations and PSP activities.
• Maintain QA, QC, PV, IT with the taskforce team for all assigned projects.
• Submit reports/ dashboards on monthly/quarterly/annually basis.
• Ensure program PV & A.E Reporting on the agreed timelines.
• Handle team expenses and overall projects budget
• Ensure management of patient records in accordance with the project processes, workflow, timeline, and confidentiality.
• Ensure applying of all SOPs and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in health professions Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Education services.
• 1-2 years experience in people management.
• 2-3 Years experience in the same position.
• Valid license from SCFHS
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (Arabic & English)
• Excellent interpersonal relationship and team function skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage details.
• Mobile and open to travel.
• Driving license is a plus.
