Project Manager (External) Job Description

You will work on transforming data into intelligence by developing innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions and integrating them with cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, test, and deploy new software programs.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, UX designers, project managers, clients, and third-party vendors to execute projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Meet with clients to gather and assess requirements, define project scope and objectives, involve relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and proper allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Track project performance and goals using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Share project progress reports with stakeholders and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
- Train users as necessary.
Required Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, project management, business, or a related field.
- Experience in delivering AI solutions.
- Extensive experience in software, Deep Tech, and/or AI.
- At least 5 years of professional project management experience in IT.
- Proven track record in project management.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and web conferencing tools.
- Understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods.
- Experience working collaboratively and promoting teamwork.
- Managerial experience with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve obstacles.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and research solutions independently.
- Commitment to completing assigned tasks.
Nice to Have:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- ITIL, ITSM, COBIT certifications.
