Foreground is partnering with a leading events and entertainment organization in Saudi Arabia to identify a skilled Project Manager capable of leading high-profile government and entertainment projects across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic oversight, hands-on execution, and stakeholder management, with proven success in delivering large-scale events in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline event scope, timeline, budget, and key milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every stage of the project.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, marketing, operations) and external partners (vendors, suppliers, venues) to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Oversee team performance, providing clear direction and delegating tasks to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost control while maintaining quality and client expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and services.
  • Oversee event execution, ensuring all aspects of the event are delivered to specification.
  • Manage on-site logistics, including event setup, coordination during the event, and teardown.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide detailed reports including financial summaries and key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in event or project management within the events industry.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve challenges proactively.
