Job Description:

Foreground is partnering with a leading events and entertainment firm in Saudi Arabia to hire an experienced Project Manager capable of leading high-profile government and entertainment projects across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic oversight, hands-on execution, and stakeholder management, with proven success in delivering large-scale events in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycles from concept to post-event review, ensuring seamless execution aligned with project objectives and brand standards.
• Develop and control detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal departments (creative, production, logistics) and external suppliers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison with key stakeholders, including government entities and strategic partners.
• Lead project meetings, set clear deliverables, and manage risk mitigation across all phases.
• Ensure compliance with local legal, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise on-ground execution including site setup, rehearsals, live event management, and debrief.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of proven project management experience in the events, exhibitions, or entertainment sector.
• Strong background in both entertainment and government-related projects is a must.
• Bachelors degree in a related field (Project Management, Business, Events).
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Outstanding coordination, leadership, and crisis management skills.
