About The Role

Kariera Group Recruitment Services is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading international contractor delivering complex onshore projects across the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
2. Manage key aspects of change management, contract administration, and risk mitigation.
3. Champion a strong HSE culture, embedding best practices across all project phases.
4. Build and lead multi-disciplinary project teams in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
5. Interface with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
6. Monitor progress and performance using internationally recognised project methodologies and tools.

Requirements

1. Proven experience delivering large-scale EPC projects, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
2. Strong track record working with major international contractors on complex onshore operations.
3. Middle East or Saudi Arabia experience is highly desirable and will be a key advantage.
4. Professional certifications such as PMI, APM, or equivalent are preferred.
5. Deep understanding of contract management, risk frameworks, and change control processes.
6. Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
7. Fluency in Arabic is a plus, but not essential.
