Role and Responsibilities

The Project Manager supports the Senior Project Manager and Senior Management in overseeing project contracts. Responsibilities include building professional relationships with stakeholders, managing project coordination, and ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets.

Key Accountabilities
  • Organize and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure efficiency and compliance with procedures and policies.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Develop project briefs, work breakdown structures, and schedules.
  • Assist in procurement processes, including RFP preparation, tender evaluation, and contract management.
  • Review project strategies and deliverables, resolve design and constructability issues.
  • Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and report variances.
  • Lead the development of project timelines and monitor progress.
  • Support risk management and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to align project goals.
  • Manage design reports, site surveys, and contractor meetings.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to endorse project submissions and reviews.
Knowledge

Project Management, development of concept strategies, project feasibility, and understanding of international codes and standards (IBC, SBC, BS, Euro Code, etc.).

Strong leadership, decision-making, communication skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Ability to foster an inclusive work environment and mentor team members.
