The Project Manager will support the Senior Project Manager and senior management in overseeing project contracts, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring project delivery within timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and supervising team work to ensure efficiency and compliance with procedures and policies.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Developing project briefs, work breakdown structures, delivery packages, and schedules.
  • Assisting procurement teams with managing consultancy workstreams, including RFP preparation, tender evaluation, and contract management.
  • Reviewing strategies and project deliverables, resolving design and constructability issues.
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop budgets and timelines.
  • Monitoring financial performance and reporting variances.
  • Leading the development of project timelines for contract documentation.
  • Reporting project progress to senior management, including milestones and risks.
  • Supporting issue resolution and change management assessments.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and sustainability.
  • Preparing reports and managing risks to adhere to timelines and budgets.
  • Leading the development of project management, design, and quality plans.
  • Liaising with technical and shared services departments for project support.
  • Coordinating business feasibility studies and stakeholder reviews.
  • Ensuring risk communication and response deployment.
  • Implementing industry trends, project management standards, and innovative design concepts.
  • Managing resources effectively to deliver strategic objectives.
  • Supporting bidding processes, site surveys, and report circulation.
  • Facilitating coordination among disciplines and managing contractual issues with contractors and consultants.

Knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications include:

  • Extensive project management knowledge and experience in multi-disciplinary mega projects, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager.
  • Experience in KSA or GCC preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering; a master's and postgraduate design qualifications are advantageous.
  • Professional registration (e.g., MCARB, MRIAI, RIBA, PE, PMP).
  • Sustainability certifications like LEED or PQP.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
