Job description

JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager - Delivery (Theme Park Show) to join our team. As a leading program management company involved in major infrastructure projects within Saudi Arabia, JASARA PMC is committed to delivering exceptional value and quality through its operations, aligning with the goals of Vision 2030. The Project Manager - Delivery (Theme Park Show) will take the helm of design-build projects, ensuring seamless integration of project development and execution processes.


Preferred Qualifications:


In-depth knowledge of show and entertainment design, engineering, and safety standards is preferred.


Prior experience managing a Show team. Excellent understanding of scripts, show technologies, media, and show control, etc.


An understanding of water-based shows and technologies is important, including AV, projection mapping, SFX, and show control and delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Define show-related project timelines, draft EOIs, PQQs, RFPs, and other proposals. Establish budgets and maintain show-related documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external resources, communicating guidelines and deadlines clearly, effectively, and consistently for the assigned show.
  • Assess risks throughout the project lifecycle and anticipate internal, external, and client needs. Implement issue resolution strategies with project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal teams to delegate and prioritize tasks, and conduct status updates and check-ins with team members to ensure task completion.
  • Provide regular project status updates, progress tracking, and deliverable reports to internal teams, external resources, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Manage client and intellectual property relationships throughout the project lifecycle, uphold high standards for contributors, and ensure accountability for deadlines.
