Job description

Oversee the planning and execution of the Asian Racing Conference. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the racing industry. The Project Manager will coordinate all aspects of the conference to ensure a successful and engaging event.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage the project plan, timeline, and budget for the ARC.
  2. Collaborate with sponsors, speakers, and industry partners to align objectives and expectations.
  3. Oversee venue selection, catering, audio-visual needs, and other logistical arrangements.
  4. Lead a cross-functional team, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote the conference and drive attendance.
  6. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth event.
  7. Supervise all on-site activities during the conference, ensuring everything runs according to plan.

Other Related Assignments:

Complete duties as requested by direct line manager.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Familiarity with the racing industry.

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in event planning or the racing industry.
