Project Manager - Abu Arish/Jazan

A Project Manager (PM) shall provide leadership and guidance for the construction team, ensuring the project remains within the budget. The PM is solely responsible and held accountable for the timely completion, cost control, and health and safety compliance of their assigned projects. Additionally, the PM is responsible for ensuring that the projects are constructed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and local building codes required. The PM is involved in all aspects of projects assigned to them from initial concept through execution.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for helping to keep projects on a realistic timescale and budget. This involves selecting and leading a project team and ensuring you are aware of all details so you can keep a client up to date.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering
2. 10-15 years' experience in housing projects construction and management
3. Large to medium scale housing projects infrastructure experience is mandatory

The Project Manager shall supervise all subcontractors, leads, installers, and helpers daily. The Project Manager shall coordinate directly with each other in scheduling crew members on a daily basis. Must be able to understand and interpret architectural and structural plans.

Strong communication skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and deadline-oriented.
