Job Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals are met and business objectives are achieved. You will also be responsible for applying project management best practices and frameworks to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Ensure project scope, objectives, and deliverables are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders.

• Identify project risks and proactively manage potential issues or delays.

• Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing concerns.

• Facilitate meetings, ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making across all project teams.

• Ensure compliance with company processes, project management standards, and best practices.

• Support and guide the project team members to ensure effective teamwork and goal achievement.

Requirements:

• PMP Certification.

• Bachelor&aposs degree in a related field.

• Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in project management.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

• proficiency in Arabic and English.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience with project management software.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
