Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement work schedules, route planning, and operational procedures to optimize resources.
  2. Coordinate with Saudi Aramco representatives to ensure service compliance and address operational concerns.
  3. Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, materials, and supplies needed for sanitation operations.
  4. Ensure all personnel adhere to safety guidelines, environmental policies, and local regulations.
  5. Lead and supervise a team of sanitation, cleaning & pest control workers, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
  6. Prepare and submit periodic reports on project progress, operational challenges, and improvement strategies.
  7. Manage budgets, costs, and procurement processes to ensure financial efficiency.
  8. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.
