Job description

• Lead end-to-end project delivery design, procurement, construction, handover
• Coordinate engineering, architecture, and site teams to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain project plans, financial controls, risk logs, and resource management
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Report on progress, cost, and milestones to internal leadership and external stakeholders
• Proactively solve problems, manage scope changes, and reduce delivery friction
• Drive best practices in project planning, QA/QC, safety, and operational efficiency

To be Considered:

• 6 10 years experience in large-scale construction and engineering projects.
• Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil, Structural or MEP Engineering.
• Proven KSA-based delivery experience on major hospital, institutional, or commercial builds.
• Strong command of project management software (Primavera, MS Project, ERP systems).
• Clear, confident communicator with strong negotiation and leadership skills
