Job Title: Project Manager Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Project-Based or Full-Time (Flexible)

Languages Required: Arabic and English (both mandatory)

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented and agile Project Manager to lead and coordinate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and software development initiatives across client projects. This role is primarily client-facing, with deployments on active and upcoming engagements in sectors such as government, finance, and enterprise services. The successful candidate will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex automation projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of RPA and software implementation projects across client sites.
• Collaborate with client business owners to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including developers, analysts, QA, and operations to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Build and manage project plans, delivery roadmaps, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocations.
• Facilitate business requirements gathering, process documentation, and solution design.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific governance, security, and regulatory frameworks.
• Provide ongoing visibility through reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Drive operational improvement by removing delivery bottlenecks and enhancing project velocity.
• Support change management, training, and post-implementation support at the client site.
• Act as the key liaison between DWP Arabia, subcontractors, and client-side stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 12 years in RPA projects.
• Strong experience managing Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project delivery cycles.
• Hands-on familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Demonstrated expertise in business process mapping, automation, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Domain experience in banking, public sector, manufacturing, or shared services.
• Understanding of AI/ML-driven automation and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technologies.

Engagement Model

This role is offered on a flexible basis either project-based or full-time employment depending on the candidates fit. The selected candidate will be deployed on active client projects with DWP Arabia.
