Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of capital projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high standards of integrity and compliance. Responsibilities include managing engineering design, procurement, and construction of projects varying in size and complexity, often across multiple site or engineering offices within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The primary role involves leading and managing a division overseeing several units responsible for executing capital projects. The Project Manager must ensure that all project phases—design, procurement, construction, and completion—meet project objectives and contractual requirements, including schedule, cost, HSE standards, and company policies. Additionally, the role encompasses managing business aspects such as HR, training, cost and schedule control, cybersecurity, and manpower planning.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Strong leadership and management background with a discipline in BS Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Proven management skills related to project management in construction and contracting fields.
3. Strong technical engineering skills.
4. Preference for Aramco-approved candidates.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
6. Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction and contracting.
7. Computer literate, with proficiency in AutoCAD.
