Job Responsibilities

1. Seek a Project Manager experienced in the construction of Cross-Country Pipelines.
2. Deep experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction of pipelines.
3. Oversee and direct the overall project from conception to completion, including conceptual design, detailed design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover of hydrocarbon facilities, pipelines, piping, plant process equipment installation, structural steel fabrication, and associated civil, E & I, and communication works.
4. Have a strong technical background to command and control the overall project and subcontractors.
5. Be familiar with and aware of international codes and standards.
6. Review project scope in-depth to schedule deliverables and execute the project within planned scope and budget.
7. Maintain relationships with top management of clients.
8. Attend project meetings with clients.
9. Ensure correct application of terms and conditions of ongoing contracts.
10. Monitor project resources and identify potential optimizations.
11. Prepare reports, consolidating progress and highlighting areas of concern.
12. Monitor overall project performance in terms of scheduling, cost, quality, and HSE requirements.
13. Oversee budget and ensure financial accountability.
14. Identify potential contractual change orders and claims.
15. Coordinate and negotiate contract variations with clients.
16. Foresee client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
17. Support procurement and engineering teams.
18. Oversee all onsite and offsite project activities, including planning, scheduling, control, resource management, procurement, construction, subcontractor management, and QHSE compliance.
19. Coordinate and direct project teams across all phases of execution.
20. Manage project administration, mechanisms, and controls.
21. Maintain awareness of interdependencies with other projects and stakeholders.
22. Identify support and advice needed for project management, planning, and control.
23. Conduct periodic project evaluations and recommend follow-up actions.
24. Supervise selection of tools, materials, and equipment, and track inventory.
25. Review daily work progress and prepare internal and external reports.
26. Plan ahead (monthly, weekly) to prevent problems and resolve issues.
27. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
28. Ensure contractual performance conditions are met.
29. Coordinate with QHSE to ensure compliance with standards.
