Job description

We at UX-Labs are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the successful execution of user experience and design projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills and fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end management of UX and design projects, from initiation to delivery.
• Define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
• Conduct client presentations, status updates, and briefings in English and Arabic.
• Coordinate with designers, researchers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Prepare project documentation and deliver detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and identifying areas for enhancement.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing projects in a UX agency or related industries, such as digital agencies, design agencies, or software development agencies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Click Up, JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and foster team collaboration.
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  

Nice to Have:

• Strong understanding of the UX design process and workflows.
• Experience in the KSA and GCC markets.
• Background in UX/UI Design or familiarity with user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in UX and design.
• PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
