Job Title: Project Manager - IT
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong technology background and expertise in managing IT projects in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes
2. Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors
3. Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgets
4. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure expectations are met
5. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
6. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS)
7. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance
8. Conduct project status updates, progress reports, and retrospectives

Job Requirements

Technical Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with BFSI sector experience being an advantage
2. Strong technology background, including experience with BFSI systems, such as core banking, payments, and risk management
3. Experience with IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
4. Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
5. Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience managing IT projects in the BFSI sector, including banking, financial services, and insurance
Knowledge of BFSI regulations, such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, and AML
Experience working with BFSI systems, such as core banking, payments, and risk management

Nice to Have:

1. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
2. Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
3. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker)
4. Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS)
5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
