Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and execute project plans using Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives.
- Sprint Planning: Plan and manage sprints, ensuring that team members are aware of their tasks and deadlines.
- Daily Scrum: Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, ensuring that team members are on track and addressing any impediments.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, including business leaders, vendors, and team members.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Arabic Language Support: Provide Arabic language support for project stakeholders, including translation and interpretation.
- GCC Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that projects comply with GCC regulatory requirements, including those specific to Saudi Arabia.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Banking Domain Experience: 5+ years of experience working in the banking domain, with knowledge of banking products and services.
- Project Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, with experience managing complex projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- PMP or Relevant Certification: Hold a PMP or relevant certification, such as PRINCE2 or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
- Arabic Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- GCC Experience: Experience working in the GCC region, especially in Saudi Arabia, with knowledge of local regulations and business practices.
Technical Skills:
- Agile and Scrum Methodologies: Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, daily Scrum, and retrospectives.
- Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
