Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in engineering and technology projects, who holds a valid PMP certification and demonstrates strong English communication skills. This role involves leading high-impact initiatives, managing diverse teams, and delivering projects that align with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress toward milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain timeline and budget integrity.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution.
• Prepare and present regular project reports, including KPIs and risk assessments.
• Apply project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches as appropriate.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience managing projects in the technology or engineering sector.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp, MS Project).
• Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Experience managing project budgets exceeding SAR 2 million is a plus.
