Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of project management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes on time and within budget. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, manage project risks, and foster continuous improvement in processes and results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning & Initiation
  2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  3. Clearly define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  4. Team Leadership & Coordination
  5. Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  6. Coordinate tasks among team members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  7. Risk & Issue Management
  8. Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle.
  9. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, and maintain contingency plans.
  10. Budget & Resource Management
  11. Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  12. Negotiate and secure necessary resources, including staffing and third-party vendors.
  13. Stakeholder Engagement
  14. Communicate project status, milestones, and key issues to all stakeholders, including senior management.
  15. Facilitate regular status meetings, steering committees, and other project governance activities.
  16. Quality Assurance & Reporting
  17. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  18. Prepare and present regular project updates, performance reports, and documentation.
  19. Process Improvement & Best Practices
  20. Apply industry-standard project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) and tools.
  21. Identify lessons learned and best practices to improve organizational project management maturity.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management.
  3. Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects successfully.
  4. Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are highly desirable.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and collaboration tools.
  6. Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and resolve project-related risks and issues.
  8. Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks simultaneously.
  9. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
