• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, infrastructure, and QA.
• Monitor and manage project progress, risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects follow industry best practices and company policies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in IT or software development.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with risk management, budget tracking, and resource planning.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
