IPMO Consulting has been selected to lead a strategically important part of the client’s business operations. You will be part of a four-person team embedded within the client organization, working side-by-side with senior stakeholders and supported by IPMO’s global experts in strategy, portfolio, program, and PMO management .

Team members will also benefit from access to a global network of senior advisors , who will be brought in as needed to provide high-level input or specialist capabilities.

Your Role : What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager , you will :

• Lead project delivery from initiation through execution and closure, ensuring outcomes align with strategic objectives.
• Define project scope, schedules, and deliverables in coordination with sector stakeholders.
• Track performance, manage risks, and escalate issues or changes proactively.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for cross-sector coordination, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely execution.
• Monitor and report on project KPIs, progress, and interdependencies.
• Support communication with sponsors, team leads, and governance bodies.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.

Requirements

What You Bring

6–9 years of project management or PMO experience, ideally across sectors

Experience in a consulting environment or cross-functional corporate transformation setting preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management , or related field

Certifications such as IPMO-P, PMP, PRINCE2 , or equivalent are preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong coordination, planning, and reporting skills with the ability to work under pressure

Full fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Competency Requirements

Project Execution & Oversight

• Solid experience delivering structured projects with defined outcomes, timelines, and reporting mechanisms.
• Familiarity with PMO environments, project governance, and benefit realization concepts.
• Ability to manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and changes proactively.

Process & Tools

• Proficiency in using EPM tools or similar platforms to track project status and performance.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, including reporting via Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to support stakeholder engagement and cross-team coordination.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a structured approach to tracking progress and problem-solving.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English for effective communication across working levels.
