Our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering end-to-end projects, ideally in the ERP sector, for medium to large clients. Hands-on ERP implementation experience is advantageous.
• Professional accreditation in recognized project delivery methodologies such as Scrum Master, Prince2, or PMI. Candidates with completed training will also be considered.
• Excellent presentation skills and proven experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps.
• Strong skills in time management, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organization.
• Ability to influence, motivate others, and communicate effectively in verbal and written forms.
• Experience analyzing complex issues and delivering solutions, with excellent conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel, sometimes on short notice.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an asset; experience with other ERP platforms is also considered.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing client implementations and supporting pre-sales activities. Specific duties include:

• Determining the implementation method for each project.
• Monitoring, tracking, and reporting project progress.
• Preparing communication, risk, and quality management plans.
• Managing project constraints such as scope, time, budget, quality, risk, and resources.
• Providing status reports to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Leading the project team and addressing HR-related issues.

The employee must adhere to our client’s Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at all times.
