Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
2. 5+ years of experience managing projects
3. Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Duties:

1. Developing project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and risk assessments
2. Managing the day-to-day progress of projects by monitoring progress against project plans and milestones; providing feedback as needed; escalating issues when necessary; ensuring timely resolution of issues; communicating results to stakeholders; taking corrective action when needed
3. Overseeing the successful completion of all project phases (Inception through Closeout) according to the agreed upon scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, customer acceptance criteria, customer satisfaction goals, etc.
4. Coordinating internal resources as well as external vendors or contractors for the flawless execution of projects
5. Creating regular reports with status updates on all running projects
