We are seeking an experienced and qualified Project Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of a recreation center and residential buildings. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, facility management expertise, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while driving efficiency, safety, and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of the recreation center and residential complexes.
  • Lead vendor management, contract negotiations, and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and residents to address needs and feedback.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operational planning effectively.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to facility staff and subcontractors.
Preferred Candidate
  • IFMA credentials such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP).
  • Training in HVAC, Electrical Systems, or BMS (Building Management Systems).
  • Strong proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or other facility management software.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency practices in facility operations.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, civil defense requirements, and municipal regulations.
  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic & English) are a plus for communication with stakeholders and vendors.
