Project manager vacancy in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Rabigh. The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience in management, supervision or project coordination.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects from start to finish according to set deadlines and within budget parameters. This includes organizing resources such as staff, materials and equipment; assigning tasks; monitoring progress; maintaining records; ensuring quality standards are met; coordinating with external stakeholders; taking corrective action when necessary; providing progress reports on a regular basis; ensuring projects are completed on time; evaluating project success upon completion; ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, the Project Manager must provide guidance to staff members assigned to the project(s), handle conflict situations that may arise during the course of the project(s), resolve any issues that may arise from within or outside the organization that could affect the project(s), create effective strategies for risk mitigation where appropriate, attend meetings with stakeholders when necessary (e.g., client meetings) and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the course of the project(s).

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a project management role
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Solid understanding of project management concepts and best practices
• Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think analytically
• Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and lead by example
• Willingness to travel as required
