We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Project Manager who will plan, direct, and coordinate the project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools. The primary objectives for the Project Manager role are customer satisfaction and KONE profitability.
What will you do?
Accountable for project scope, schedule, and budget, delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectives.
Ensure KONE business success and customer satisfaction.
Ensure professional stakeholder management.
Manage customer communication proactively throughout the project.
Coordinate integrated project planning and management with customers and KONE full chain teams.
Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan.
Monitor and control the project continuously across the full chain.
Oversee successful project start-up, reviews, reporting, and governance facilitation.
Communicate project status and progress effectively to KONE management and customers.
Identify, mitigate, and plan for operational and financial project risks, including contingency planning and recovery actions.
Handle financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, and revenue management, capitalizing on change order opportunities.
Drive sales-to-operations handover quality, ensuring proper handovers to customers and maintenance, and manage project closing activities.
Maintain master action logs and lessons learned documents.
Plan and ensure sufficient project resourcing and competencies.
Lead and manage the full chain project team.
Create and maintain safety and security awareness among employees and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to KONE's and the customer's safety policies.
