Essential Responsibilities

  • Act as the factory focal point of contact for Sales, Product Management, and ITT Business Units for coordinating technical queries, selling prices, and delivery times of ITT products ordered through Saudi operations.
  • Lead interactions with ITT Business Units for proper technical and commercial intercompany quotes during the quotation stage.
  • Prepare and maintain costing sheets, and coordinate for senior management approval on special requirements.
  • Responsible for system enrollment and analysis of costing levels for PSF inquiries until approval is fulfilled.
  • Provide commercial support during the quotation stage up to Customer PO, including review and negotiation of Terms and Conditions.
  • Conduct initial review and reconciliation of Contracts/POs before order entry.
  • Support the project management team post-award in margin analysis, sales/intercompany reconciliations, and change order generation.
  • Support localization programs and internal projects as assigned by management.
  • Assist in registration processes in strategic customer systems, including coordination for any audits required.
  • Perform additional project management responsibilities as assigned by management.
