Essential Responsibilities

  • Factory focal point of contact for Sales, Product Management and ITT BU's for coordination of technical queries, selling prices and delivery times of ITT products ordered through Saudi operations.
  • Lead interaction with ITT BU's for proper technical and commercial intercompany quotes during quotation stage.
  • Prepare and maintain costing sheets as well as coordinating for senior management approval on special requirements.
  • Responsible for system enrollment & analysis of costing level for PSF inquiry until approval fulfillment.
  • Commercial support for quotation stage up to Customer PO including Term's and Condition's review and negotiations.
  • Contract/PO initial review & reconciliation before order entry.
  • Support project management team post award in margin analysis, sales/intercompany reconciliations and change order generation.
  • Support localization programs & internal projects as assigned by management.
  • Support registration process in strategic customer systems including coordination for any audit required.
  • Additional project management responsibilities as assigned by management.
