We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Al Mithnab. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, execution and success of projects within our company.

The Project Manager will be responsible for developing project plans, setting deadlines and budgets, organizing resources, delegating tasks to team members, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders
• Oversee all aspects of projects from initiation through completion
• Identify potential risks associated with projects and create action plans to manage them
• Monitor progress of projects, ensuring they remain on time and within budget
• Coordinate with internal teams as well as external vendors to ensure optimal workflow
• Effectively communicate project expectations in terms of scope, deliverables, milestones, resources and timelines
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Work with team members to ensure quality control standards are met throughout the duration of the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Project Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with strong organizational capabilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Advanced knowledge of relevant software tools (MS Office)
