Urgent Hiring: Project Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia, Dhahran.
Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years' experience in Saudi Arabia within the ELV/low current systems.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Projects Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects, and driving innovation through the use of advanced technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of ICT projects, ensuring they meet objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage cross-functional teams including developers, IT specialists, and other stakeholders. Provide leadership and direction to project teams to ensure collaboration, efficiency, and alignment with project goals. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Manage stakeholder expectations by providing status updates and managing any scope or timeline changes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and implement mitigation strategies. Proactively resolve challenges and roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. Monitor project costs, timelines, and quality to ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and improve project management methodologies, tools, and processes. Identify opportunities for improvement in technology processes, contributing to the innovation and optimization of ICT services.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet all quality standards and deliverables align with business needs and specifications. Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure the functionality of technology solutions.
- Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, risk logs, and post-project evaluations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar is highly preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing ICT and technology-driven projects, ideally within a corporate or enterprise environment.
- Strong experience in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, software development, system integration, and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, and security standards.
Additional Skills:
- Solid understanding of ICT systems, software development, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack).
- Communication Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performance teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in high-pressure situations. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to manage complex, multifaceted projects from initiation to completion. Knowledge of budget and financial management for projects.
