Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
3. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
4. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
5. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
6. Manage client expectations and maintain strong customer relationships
7. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members
8. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
9. Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Proven experience in project management or related role
3. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
5. Strong leadership and communication abilities
